''In these times of accelerated environmental change, I am inspired by the concept 'collaborative survival' proposed by anthropologist, Anna Tsing. I combine the organic with the manmade, especially seaweed with copper and mirror to create new relationships and tensions.''
Cally completed a Masters in Fine Art & Humanities at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee University in September 2021 with distinction and explores different ways to interact with the environment, specifically on the Scottish coast in the inter-tidal zone.
