Ernst Perdriel is a multi-field artist (visual art, photography, writing), designer and horticulturist based in Cowansville (Quebec, Canada). His life mission is to transmit the passion of the cultural and environmental heritage through arts, lifestyle and sharing of knowledge. He participates in solo and group exhibitions in visual arts since 1995. Perdriel has contributed in numerous publications since 1992 as a writer, illustrator, artist, photographer and in self-publishing. His works have appeared in Blue Mesa Review, pacificREVIEW, filling Station, pulpMAG, Sunspot Literary Journal, Meat for Tea: The Valley Review, Kolaj Magazine, Into the Void, The Healing Muse, Iris Literary Journal, Beyond Words Literary Magazine, Ponder Review and others.
Ernst Perdriel uses several reclaimed objects in his artworks. With these objects from the past and the present, each artwork is a metaphor about a tiny moment of pleasure and joy through the space-time of life. He uses mosaics, collages, sculpture, photography to talk about our complex era. He imagines himself becoming an archaeologist in his next life to study the 20th century!
