Francesca hails from Acton/Concord, Massachusetts, and currently calls the Austin, Texas, area in the U.S.
In the realm of photography, Francesca's primary focus is to maintain curiosity and keen observation. She derives immense pleasure from capturing moments in nature, engaging in street photography, and exploring the realm of photojournalism, as these facets of photography are readily accessible in everyday life. Francesca believes that historical urban photographs harbor a wealth of concealed information about humanity and social justice, conveyed through both what is visible and what remains unseen. She draws inspiration from accomplished artists such as Gordon Parks, Daido Moriyama, and Ming Smith.
Francesca firmly holds the belief that continuous learning is the most effective means of acquiring knowledge. As a testament to this belief, she actively participates in local photography classes whenever the opportunity arises.
