Joe King has a ‘portfolio career’ as an artist and educator.. He has exhibited widely in the UK and overseas His work includes painting, sculptures and digital art. The submitted piece is an iPad drawing which can be printed to any size. It is an empty picture frame, or to be more exact, the frame is the picture. The purchaser can insert their own photo or image. The people ‘in the frame’ could be seen as expressing their opinion of that which is ‘framed’ . ‘Framed’ is of course UK slang for being wrongly accused of a crime.
