Sahar Alizadeh was born in June 1995 in Tehran, Iran (Based in New York). is an accomplished artist known for her unique focus on shadows as a primary subject in her work. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture in Tehran, Iran. Alizadeh's work explores the two-dimensional and monochromatic nature of shadows, juxtaposing them with the vibrant three-dimensional world they represent. Her art delves into themes of perception, reality, and the subconscious, often creating surrealistic spaces where the line between object and shadow blurs. She has exhibited her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions across the globe, including in Iran, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Notably, her work was included in the permanent collection of the CICA Museum in South Korea following her participation in the "Form 2020" exhibition. Alizadeh has received several awards and honors, such as being selected for the 5th London Art Biennale 2021 and accolades from the London International Creative Competition and the Holy Art Gallery in London and Athens. Her work has also been featured in various media outlets and publications, including Juliet Art Magazine and the New Visionary magazine. Her artistic journey continues to push boundaries, inviting viewers to see beyond the surface and explore the deeper narratives within her work.
